Victor has been involved with photography since his pre-teen years, and he is still passionate about his artistic pursuits with his camera today.  He loves most genres of photography and uses the camera to capture the world in his own way. A former Secretary and past President for many years, Victor continues to be very active in the administration of the BPS as its current Vice President.
