As an amateur photographer, my journey into the world of photography began during my time at school.  It was there that I discovered the enchanting power of freezing moments in time through the lens of a camera. What started as a curious interest soon blossomed into a profound passion for capturing the beauty of the world around me. My love for photography is fueled by a diverse range of interests, with a particular focus on aviation, motorsports, and landscape photography. In 2013, I took the next step in my photographic journey by joining the Barbados Photographic Society. This decision opened up a world of opportunities for growth and learning. It led me to exhibit three images at the last BPS exhibition. One of the most rewarding aspects of being an amateur photographer is the ability to convey emotions, stories, and perspectives through images. Whether it’s capturing the adrenaline-fueled atmosphere of a motorsport event or the serene tranquility of a sunset. My journey as an amateur photographer is still unfolding. With every photograph, I strive to not only freeze a moment in time but also to evoke emotions, and inspire others to see the world through a different lens.
