Wedding Photography

This workshop is held by the Barbados Photographic Society, in collaboration with Artists Alliance Barbados as part of the offerings for Carifesta 2025. It is presented by Charles McClean, an experienced photographer who specializes in wedding photography and is a member of the prestigious Wedding & Portrait Photographers International in Las Vegas.

Wedding photography is a field focused on documenting all aspects of a wedding day. The genre often incorporates elements of portrait, fashion and documentary photography. It involves not only technical skill but also requires strong interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and the ability to manage time effectively. 

The workshop will take place outdoors, using models in wedding attire.  The session provides the opportunity to learn from someone with vast experience in their field.

ATTENDANCE FEE:

The attendance fee is $20.00.

Payment must be made before the event, either online to the BPS account or to the Treasurer, Sherlock Lord, who may be contacted at 246-231-5053.
