Charles McClean

My name is Charles McClean, and my journey in photography began under the guidance of my father,

who introduced me to the art using his box camera and later a 110 camera.  During my later years in Secondary School, I acquired my first SLR film camera, the Pentax P30T 35mm, which marked the beginning of my dedicated pursuit of the craft. Over time, I progressed to DSLR cameras, starting with the Nikon D80 and advancing through models such as the D90, and presently, the D7100. Specializing in wedding photography, I honed my skills at the prestigious (WPPI) Wedding & Portrait Photographers International in Las Vegas, where I underwent comprehensive training. Beyond weddings, my interests extend to landscape, street, and architectural photography, diversifying my portfolio and expanding my creative horizons.  My dedication to excellence has been recognized through achievements such as winning silver and bronze medals in NIFCA. Photography, to me, is not merely a hobby but a passion that continually challenges me to create something unique and captivating for the enjoyment of others.
