Nicole Phillips
My passion for photography and videography deepened significantly during my study abroad experience in 2009.
I wanted to find a way to document and share my experiences with family and friends. As such, I tend to
prefer photo essays. Over the years, I’ve been honoured with four NIFCA Bronze medals, two Honorable Mentions in the 2015 Neutral Density Awards,
and one Honorable Mention in the 2015 International Photographer of the Year (IPOTY) Awards. Additionally, I’ve showcased my work in exhibitions both locally in Barbados and internationally in Los Angeles.
When I’m not behind the lens, you can find me navigating the financial industry, enjoying quality time with friends and family, cuddling with adorable
pets, or immersing myself in geek culture. I’m also actively involved as a contributor to the Barbados Photographic Society’s web and Facebook platforms.
