I have been a member of the Barbados Photography Society for over 5 years.
I started photography as a hobby when I was introduced by a close friend Michael Morris, 20 years ago. This was the era of film and one had to be selective due to associated cost. Since the evolution of the digital camera, I’d shoot everything in sight.
I immersed myself in the art and explored with the Canon point & shoot, after which my travel companion now is my Nikon D7200. I was drawn by the creative elements and enjoyed capturing the essence of wordless stories. In 2016, I was awarded the NIFCA bronze medal for two pieces “Fractured” and “Multiple doors”. Currently, I enjoy Black & White, Landscape, Sports / Action and Portrait Photography.
